The results of weeks of research and preparation on the part of middle and high school students from Miami, Jay and Fairland will be on display during History Day at the campus of Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College (NEO). History Day will take place on Tuesday, March 11 from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Calcagno Family Ballroom of the student union. The awards ceremony will be at 1:30 p.m. in the ballroom.

The 2013/14 academic year at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College (NEO), marks the institution’s 94th anniversary. The college has planned a grand re-opening of the NEO Art Department located in Kah-Ne-You-Ah Hall, where former art instructors will be recognized. The Fine Arts Department at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College (NEO), is preparing for the 2014 musical, Quilters by Molly Newman and Barbara Damashek. Opening night to the public will be March 6 at 7:30 p.m. in the Fine Arts auditorium and will continue to run March 7-8 at 7:30 p.m. and March 9 at 2 p.m.
