The nursing courses extend over four academic semesters.

The total curriculum includes courses in general education as well as specific courses in biological sciences, physical sciences, behavioral sciences, nutrition, and nursing science.  Students typically complete the entire program in three years.  Additional time may be required for students who need to complete remedial courses.

The general education courses and science courses are offered in the fall, spring, and summer semesters.  The nursing courses are offered only during the regular academic semesters starting with the Fall Semester.

*The Fast Track Program for licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and licensed paramedics is 12 months. All required general education courses, psychology courses, physical and biological science courses, and nutrition course must be completed prior to entry in the program.
