Debbie Morgan

Debbie received her Bachelor of Science Nursing degree from the University of Tulsa in 1976 and her Master of Science Nursing Degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1999 with a focus on Community Health, Education, and Administration.  Throughout her varied nursing career, she has focused on women’s heath issues, wellness/health promotion, and education/community health working in Postpartum, Nursery and Pediatrics; as an Education Specialist/Manager of the Hillcrest Center for Women’s Health; as Manager of Mother/Baby Units; as Development Coordinator at the Hillcrest Medical Center Foundation coordinating the elementary health education program “Blood & Guts” and fundraising/grant writing; as OB Clinical Instructor for Tulsa Community College and Adjunct Faculty with the University of Oklahoma RN-BSN completion program teaching Leadership/Management and Advanced  Health Assessment; as Planning Consultant for Craig General Hospital; as St Francis Hospice Case Manager; and as second year Nursing Faculty at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College prior to taking the Director of Nursing role at NEO.

Debbie is married to Johnny Morgan and recently moved to a small farm outside of Miami where they raise cattle, garden and enjoy living in the country.  She has two grown children, Matthew and Kristin Ritter, and three stepsons John Carl, Chad and Brett Morgan.  Hobbies include a love of traveling, reading, and interior design.
