Roger Ward is in his 19th year of teaching and coaching and is entering his 15th year at NEO.  He is currently the Head Baseball Coach and teaches various courses in Health and Physcial Education.  Roger Ward earned his Master Degree in Educational Leadership from Southern Nazarine University and earned his Bachelor's Degree in Health, Physical Education and Recreation from Oklahoma State University.  Coach Ward currently lives in Miami with his wife, Suesan, and his four children (Meghan 22, Tayelor 15, Kalleigh 13 and Nathan 11).
