REVIEW YOUR AWARD LETTER FROM NEO

-- Once your application is complete, you will receive an award letter from NEO via email or postal mail.

-- Carefully review your awards.  Compare the amount of your aid to your charges.  You will be responsible for payment of any charges not covered by your awards.

-- Generally, you do not need to accept grants or scholarships, but you must accept any federal loans you have been offered.

-- You will have 30 days from the receipt of your award letter to accept any loans or they will be canceled.

-- You can only reinstate your loans by contacting the Office of Financial Aid.

YOUR AWARD LETTER MAY CHANGE SEVERAL TIMES

Your awards are a snapshot at a point in time.  If you receive additional aid from NEO or other sources, you will receive a revised award letter which will reflect the changes to your aid.  See Receiving Additional Resources for more details.
