The charts below show the average Cost of Attendance (COA) for 2012-2013 school year that NEO uses when figuring financial aid awards. All of your financial aid, from all sources, cannot exceed your COA. The chart below is based on 15 enrolled hours for both the fall and spring semesters. Your cost may be more or less than the amounts below, based on your enrollment and other factors. Some items are an allowance, such as room and board, (if you live off campus) transportation, and personal expenses. NEO will not charge you for these items, but you will need to take them into account when figuring your cost to attend. COA for students attending less than full time are pro-rated based on hours enrolled. In some cases, we may be able to adjust a student’s cost of attendance due to extenuating circumstances. Adjustments to cost of attendance are made on a case by case basis based on information obtained from the student.
