NEO HOMECOMING GAME

SATURDAY, OCT. 13th

The highlight of homecoming week is the Golden Norsemen football game.  This year NEO will take on Kilgore with a 2 p.m. kickoff.  Wear your homecoming shirt and come support the Norsemen!

NEO A and M Homecoming Blue and gold never gets old 2012

Welcome to the NEO Homecoming, where our 2012 Homecoming theme is BLUE & GOLD NEVER GET OLD!

The Homecoming celebration will run from Sunday, October 7th to Saturday, October 13th.  There will be a wide variety of events for students, alumni and members of the community.  We look forward to having you on campus joining us for these activities. 

Below is a schedule of the events:

Sunday, October 7th – BLUE & GOLD KICKOFF
2:00 pm – 9:00 pm NEO Student activities to kick off Homecoming
6:00 pm – Turn Fountain Blue & Light up the campus. 
Community is invited to join us at the Fountain at 6:00 pm. 

Monday, October 8th – ROYAL GOLD EVENT

6:30 pm – NEO King & Queen Pageant in the Fine Arts Building. 
Community is invited to attend. 

Admission is free

Wednesday, October 10th – S’MORE FUN AT NEO

9:00 pm – 11:00 pm – Music, Games & S’mores
at the Amphitheater for NEO Students 

                 

Thursday, October 11th

9:00 pm – 11:00 pm NEO Student Homecoming Dance
(vote on Mr. & Mrs. Norse Spirit – SAC)

Friday, October 12th

8:00 pm – 9:00 pm BLUE & GOLD PEP RALLY at the Fountain.  
Community is invited to attend

GAME DAY – Saturday, October 13th

7:00 am – Registration for 5K Run / Fun Walk

7:30 am – Fun Walk Begins

8:00 am – 5K Run

9:00 am – Student Pancake Tailgate

10:00 am – Parade lineup

11:00 am – Parade

12:00 pm – Alumni Awards Banquet in Ballroom

NEO Students – Tailgate at the Fountain / Pep Rally

1:00 pm – Sea of Blue & Gold (walk to the stadium)

2:00 pm – Kickoff

Halftime – Coronation
