Job Description


Oversee project work to address gaps and weaknesses in student support for students accessing NEO through its virtual campus (online, hybrid, and Zoom-based). The position will work collaboratively with the Carl Albert State College’s (CASC) Virtual Campus Student Success Specialist to develop systems that best address the support needs of the “new majority” students served by the partner institutions.


  • Lead development and pilots of resources to support student success through NEO’s virtual campus
  • Coordinate collaboration among NEO faculty/staff, CASC faculty/staff, tribal representatives, and external experts in support of the development of new student success resources
  • Oversee updates to NEO’s coaching/mentoring and training of NEO coaches/peer mentors to integrate new student support resources
  • Collaborate with the Project Director and NEO staff to integrate new resources into NEO’s student support systems and online platforms
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


  • Master’s preferred; Bachelor’s in Education or related field required
  • three years’ experience in student services, community college experience preferred
  • Strong technology skills
  • Experience in developing or delivering online student services
  • Demonstrated ability to work on team
  • Experience in addressing the needs of Native American, low income, and traditionally-underserved students, preferred.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
