PURPOSE OF POSITION
To assist the Administrative Assistant and faculty in the Liberal Arts Department.
JOB DUTIES
- Assist the Administrative Assistant and all faculty in the Liberal Arts Department.
- General office duties. make copies, run errands, etc.
- Collect and distribute mail appropriately.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Graduate/GED
- Current NEO A&M College student in good Academic Standing
- Basic typing and computer skills
EVALUATION PROCEDURES
- Performance of job duties will be evaluated on an ongoing basis by office staff.
- Special Attention will be paid to the following:
- Getting to work on time for scheduled shifts
- Accuracy of work performed
- Appropriate use of the time while at work
- Maintaining confidentiality of student information
- Following assigned work schedule
SCHEDULE
- The Liberal Arts Department will work around the student’s class schedule and only schedule them to work during times they are not scheduled to be in class or labs.

Start Date: August 21, 2023 End Date: May 3, 2024
