Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College held its 102nd commencement ceremony on May 11, 2023. Over 400 students from 16 countries and five states graduated this academic year.

Among the graduates were two high school students who earned their associate degree before receiving their high school diploma and an adjunct instructor who had already completed his bachelor’s degree but wanted an associate degree from NEO.
