The Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College Men’s Soccer team is set to play in the Region II Tournament on Friday, November 1 at 5:30pm at Advance Soccer Complex in Enid, Oklahoma.
They will play in game 8 versus the winner of game 4 between Eastern Oklahoma State College and Connors State College. The winner of game 8 will advance to the championship game on Saturday or Sunday where a regional winner will be determined.
The Region II winner will advance to the Mid-South District Championship on November 8 at 2pm at Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas against Ranger Junior College. The Mid-South District Champion will move on to the National Championship on November 17-23 at Stryker Sports Complex in Wichita, Kansas.
“I am so proud of this group of guys,” said NEO Men’s Soccer head coach Adam Young. “Their attention to detail, dedication, grit, and effort to win and finish each match is what makes this team strive. We have worked relentlessly in the off season to bring the right group of guys in. Finishing in the top two in the region was one of our team goals, our next goal is to win the Region II title.”
