This scholarship was established in memory of Amy Mesplay to help students from Columbus High School pursue a college education at NEO A&M. The students must be a graduating high school senior from Columbus, Kansas and have a minimum 3.0 G.P.A. Recipients are selected by a committee at Columbus High.
