Longtime residents of Miami and friends of NEO A&M, the Fribleys left an estate gift for student scholarships. Full consideration is to be given to the needs of students of minority races; however all scholarships are to be granted on a non-discriminatory basis, insofar as race, creed, or national origin are concerned.
