This scholarship was established in memory of Ed Woodington, a member of the Ottawa Indian Tribe, and chairman of the Clear Creek Pow-Wow for 39 years. The recipient must be a second year student at NEO and be enrolled in 12 hours; recipient must be an enrolled member of an Indian Tribe.
