The Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College (NEO) Athletic Department is excited to announce authentic jerseys have been listed for auction as part of the Farewell Softball Fundraiser honoring Coach Eric Iverson. The jerseys will be available online at http://bidpal.net/coachiverson. Bidding will open on Thursday, July 22, and will continue until Saturday, July 31, at 7 p.m.

“These jerseys were donated to the program several years ago and were worn in the 2015-16 season at the National Tournament in St. George, Utah. NEO Softball was the National Runner Up that year,” said Joe Renfro, NEO Athletic Director. “It is not often that a college can sell jerseys, so this is aa great opportunity for a former player or parent to purchase a very special memento, regardless of they played at NEO.”

Bidding will begin at $25 per jersey and there are several numbers available, most will be available in both NEO Blue and White. All bidding will be online, so everyone will have an opportunity to bid on the items.

NEO Softball will be honoring Coach Iverson on Saturday, July 31, in the Calcagno Family Ball located in the NEO Student Union. Coach Iverson served as the NEO Softball Head Coach for 27 years and accumulated over 1,100 wins. He has served as both President and Vice President of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) National Softball Coaches Association. In 2009, Iverson was inducted into the NJCAA Softball Hall of Fame. Iverson and his wife Keni reside in Grove, Okla.
