This scholarship is in memory of Brian J. Tunnell, a Miami Police Officer killed in the line of duty. To qualify for consideration an applicant must meet the following criteria: Be the son or daughter of a current law enforcement officer, Criminal Justice major with intent to become a law enforcement officer, a resident of Ottawa, Delaware, or Craig County, have a financial need, and maintain at least a 2.0 G.P.A.
