Awarded to a first year, full-time, nursing student. The student must maintain a G.P.A. of 3.0 or above in required nursing courses. The selected student will be considered upon recommendation of the NEO A&M College Nursing Faculty. This scholarship has been established by Bob Randall in honor of his mother, Catherine E. Randall.
