This scholarship was established by Mr. Earnie Patterson, in memory of his wife, Mary Patterson. The Patterson’s have a long connection with NEO A&M College and NEO Athletics. Earnie attended NEO and was a member of the NEO Baseball team. Mary was on staff at NEO for more than 25 years, retiring in 2009 from the NEO Business Office. This scholarship will be awarded to one member of the NEO baseball and NEO softball team and will be selected by the team coaches. Recipients must have and maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA.
