This scholarship was established to provide support to the NEO Nursing Program in honor of the resolution of the Independent Order of Oddfellows of Miami. Recipient must be a nursing major and a resident of Oklahoma. The scholarship requires a minimum 2.5 GPA and will be selected by the NEO Nursing Faculty.
