Qualifying candidate must be a full-time student who plans to pursue a bachelor degree in engineering, science, or teaching. Recipients should have a minimum 3.0 G.P.A. in high school and a minimum 3.0 G.P.A. at NEO to maintain this award for two years of study at NEO.
