This scholarship was established to honor the life of LeRoy and Pearl Dukes and offer financial assistance to graduating high school seniors of Native American descent. The scholarship is a two-year award for a Native American pursuing a general studies degree at NEO. First preference will be given to a graduating high school senior of the Quapaw or Seneca Tribes. Second preference will be given to any Oklahoma high school graduating senior of Native American descent; and final preference will be given to any high school graduating senior of Native American descent. Must maintain a minimum of 2.5 G.P.A.
