This fund was established to perpetuate the memory of Jake L. Whitecrow, Jr., a relentless advocate for American Indians and known nationally for his efforts on behalf of Native Americans. Aard criteria are as follows: Preference to a Native American student, must be a Health Science major, and maintain a 2.5 G.P.A.
