Online payments may be made by the student, a guest, or an authorized user that has been set up by the student.
Norseman tip! NEO student email becomes inactive one month after leaving the institution. Students who set themselves up as an authorized user will be able to login to access important tax forms, billing statements, etc. even after their student email has become inactive.
Student: how to make a payment
Login to myNEO

- Click on My Online Billing

- Click on Make Payment

- Select one of the options (current account balance, current statement amount, or amount due) and click add.
- If you don’t want to pay full amount, select a bubble and change balance below to your desired payment and click add.

Parent/Guest: how to make a payment
The student is the only person who can give the parent/guest the information needed to make this form of payment. Enter student ID beginning with “A” and birth date. This is the screen you will see:

How to set up an authorized user
Authorized users are able to:
- view the account
- pay for any charges using a credit card or set up an ACH for payment
- view monthly statements
- receive the 1098-T tax statement
How to set up an authorized user
- Log into myNeo with your Goldkey credentials
- Click on the My Online Billing

- Once you have clicked on the My Online Billing link, you will be re-directed to the below website/page. Once you are on this page you will be able to setup yourself or a parent or guardian as an authorized user.

- Once you have clicked the Authorized Users under the My Profile Setup you will see the below screenshot. Click on Add Authorized User

- To add an authorized user, all you need is a valid email address. Also, when setting up an authorized user you have the options to set parameters for what they can see.

- Enter valid email address and click continue. Once you click continue you will see the below agreement. You will need to click the I Agree box and click Continue.

- Two emails will be sent to the valid email you provided and the authorized user will be given a user name in the first email and link to the page and in the second email you will receive a temporary password.

- Click on the first email you received from the NEO Business Office email address. This will have your username and link to the page where you will enter the username and login to access the account.

- After clicking on the link you will be directed to a new page, where you will enter your username and password in the Authorized User section.
How to make a housing deposit online
Students should secure their housing as early as possible! Follow these steps to submit your deposit.
- Login to your myNEO account
- Click on My Online Billing
- Select Deposits in the menu bar
- Select term and desired housing
- Click continue
- Select payment method and click continue
- Enter payment information and click continue

International Payments
Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College partners with TransferMate to provide international students and their families a fast, easy, and affordable way to pay education costs online and in their own currency. This service allows you to pay locally from your home bank, saving you money on exchange rates and bank fees. Funds are credited directly to your bursar account in dollars. Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College does not accept overpayments on student accounts. Please transfer only the amount due on your student account to avoid payment delays.
Note: a 2.95% or $3.00 minimum convenience fee will be added to all credit/debit card account payments. The convenience fee is non-refundable, even if the payment to which it relates is cancelled, refunded, credited, or charged back. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Card International, JCB, BC Card and Dina Card are accepted.
