The Development Foundation at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College (NEO) is happy to announce that Mr. Tommy Dodson has assumed the position of Foundation Chair following the conclusion of former chair David Thomas’s term. Thomas will continue to serve on the executive committee. Dodson joined the Board in 2017 and has served as vice chair for the past 2 years. “I am honored to serve as the next Chair for the NEO Development Foundation and working side-by-side with the Board of Trustees, Foundation Executive Director Jennifer Walker, and NEO President Dr. Kyle Stafford,” said Dodson. “I am committed to championing the cause of securing the Foundation’s financial growth for the benefit of NEO, its faculty, its student body, and its programs.”
Dodson graduated from NEO in 1982 before receiving his degree from Northeastern State University. He has broad experience in the finance industry and has spent the last two decades as a Deloitte LLC Manager for the Department of Homeland Security, Immigrations and Customs Enforcement. “Tommy brings many strengths and board experience to his role as chairman of the NEO Foundation Board of Trustees,” said Jennifer Walker, executive director. “He has a love for our campus and a sincere desire to see students succeed.” Dodson has also been active in his community, serving on the Welch City Council until 2017 and volunteering with several organizations, such as the Miami Community Crisis Center and the NEO Choirs.
The NEO Development Foundation has also recently added Dr. Clark McQuigg and Mr. Jonas Rabel. For 40 years, Dr. McQuigg has been an Optometric Physician with Eye Associates of Miami and has lived and worked in the Miami area for most of his life. An alumnus of Miami High School and NEO, Dr. McQuigg continues to serve as an NEO Presidential Partner and athletic booster and is an active member of the Miami Friends Church. Mr. Rabel is a regional president with INTEGRIS Health. Also an alumnus of both Miami High School and NEO, Rabel joined the INTEGRIS team in 2010.
