Job Description
PURPOSE OF POSITION
To assist the SOR Coordinator in the daily operations of the department.
JOB DUTIES
- Assist with scanning, faxing, and copying documents
- Collaborate with team members to assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of various projects. Take ownership of specific tasks and deliverables as assigned.
- Assist with research and analysis
- Contribute ideas and solutions to team discussions and brainstorming sessions. Offer fresh perspectives and innovative approaches to problem-solving.
- Any other duties assigned by office staff
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School graduate/GED
- Current NEO A & M student in good Academic Standing
- Basic typing and computer skills
EVALUATION PROCEDURES
- Performance of job duties will be evaluated on an ongoing basis by office staff.
- Special attention will be paid to the following:
- Getting to work on time for scheduled shifts
- Accuracy of work performed
- Appropriate use of time while at work
- Maintaining confidentiality of student information
- Following assigned work schedule
SCHEDULE
- The SOR Department will work around the student’s schedule to create an appropriate work schedule.
- The office is open Monday – Friday 7:45am to 4:00pm
