Job Description
PURPOSE OF POSITION
To assist the vocal program in the daily operations of the department.
JOB DUTIES
- General office duties: copies, organize and upkeep of the music library
- Collect and distribute mail appropriately
- Assist during festival and concert days
- Set up rehearsal spaces
- Any other duties assigned by Dr. Taylor
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School graduate/GED
- Current NEO A & M student in good Academic Standing
- Basic typing and computer skills
EVALUATION PROCEDURES
- Performance of job duties will be evaluated on an ongoing basis by office staff.
- Special attention will be paid to the following:
- Getting to work on time for scheduled shifts
- Accuracy of work performed
- Appropriate use of time while at work
- Maintaining confidentiality of student information
- Following assigned work schedule
SCHEDULE
- The Music Department will work around the student’s schedule to create an appropriate work schedule.
- The office is open Monday – Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm

Start Date: August 30, 2024 End Date: May 2, 2025
