It is the policy of Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College not to allow students with an unpaid balance of $500 or more to enroll in classes for the subsequent semester. Specifically, regarding summer break, returning students with a spring semester balance of more than $500 will have their SEVIS record TERMINATED 40 days prior to the start of the fall semester and be refused entry to the United States. It is the student’s responsibility to make sure all accounts are up to date and paid in full.

International Payment Instructions
TransferMate is an easy-to-use online payment platform that offers a secure, fast, and affordable way to make your international educational payments around the world.
Step One:
- To initiate your payment, log in to the Student Center and select TransferMate as your Payment Method.
- Choose what country you are paying from and your preferred method of payment.
- Confirm your payment and payer details by clicking “Save and Confirm.”
Step Two:
- Initiate your payment with the instructions provided.
- Only send the amount indicated on your student bill.
- NOTE: Brazilian, Chinese, South African, and Indian students will be required to send supporting documents, which can easily be uploaded.
Step Three:
- Once TransferMate receives funds, your full payment will be sent to your institution.
- Your payment will be posted to your student account.
- Confirmation of the payment will be emailed to both you and the institute.
