Learning Resource Center
The LRC is located on the second floor of the Dayle Creech Library Administration building. The library component provides a full range of information media and services to support the college’s academic programs and related activities. Books, periodicals, online databases, and Internet access are available for class assignments, cultural enrichment or personal use. An open-access computer lab and multiple study areas complement the library’s collection.

Inter-Library Loan
If you are interested in borrowing a title not currently held in the NEO Library collection, click below for Inter-Library Loan. Please include as much information about the item as possible, including title and author for books and title, serial title, volume, and page numbers for periodicals. Please note, ILL requests may take several weeks to be filled.
