Student Housing Complex

This beautiful complex is located on the southwest corner of the NEO campus and houses 80 students made up of student-athletes and non-student athletes.

The first floor Main Lobby entrance features a gas fireplace, elevator, Internet Bar, laundry facilities and all outside doors are access controlled. The second floor features a community kitchen, community room for meetings, study groups, lectures, etc. The outside amenities include a rubberized sports court, fire-pit with seating and an Amphitheater.

The complex offers three styles of suites:

  • 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom / 1 person (ADA Room)    
  • 2 bedroom Suite / 1 bathroom         
  • 4 bedroom Suite / 2 bathroom       

The 2-bedroom suites are furnished with xl twin beds, 4-drawer chests, table desk and chair, closets, full-size bathroom to be shared by the residents, leather loveseat and chair, coffee table, end table, TV console, kitchenette with sink and counter space, parsons table and 4 chairs and A/C and Heat controls per unit.

The 4-bedroom suites are furnished with xl twin beds, 4-drawer chests, table desk and chair, loveseat, chair, coffee table, end table, TV console, kitchenette with sink and counter space parsons table and 4 chairs, 2 full-size bathrooms, and A/C and heat controls per unit.

The 1 bedroom suite is ADA compliant and is furnished with a xl twin bed, 4-drawer chest, table desk and chair, closet, full-size bathroom, leather loveseat and chair, coffee table, end table, TV console, kitchenette with sink and counter space, parsons table and 2 chairs and A/C and heat controls per unit.

Milligan Hall Quads

A community of 86 student-athletes and non-student athletes live in Milligan Hall, which is located along the south end of the NEO campus.

Milligan’s lobby extends from the first to the second floor with beautiful high ceilings and stunning light fixtures. The lobby area is furnished with sofas, lounge chairs, coffee tables, 2 flat screen TVs and several dining tables with chairs. Laundry facilities and visitor bathrooms are located on each floor. The outside patio includes an expanded table with barstool seating and several smaller tables with chairs. A rubberized sports court sits between Milligan Hall and the Student Housing Complex.

Milligan offers 2 styles of rooms:

  • 1 Bedroom/1 Bathroom/1 Person (ADA Room)
  • 2 Bedroom/1 Bathroom/4 Person (bathroom shared with adjoining bedroom)  

Each room is furnished with 2 xl twin beds, 2 nightstands, 2 4-drawer chests, 2 table desk and chair, 2 closets, entertainment console, vanity with sink and A/C and heat controls.

ADA rooms are furnished with a xl twin bed, 4-drawer chest, table desk and chair, closet, full-size bathroom, entertainment console, and A/C and heat controls.

Traditional Residence Halls

Students have the choice between double occupancy (with roommate) or single occupancy (without roommate), depending on availability. Community bathrooms are conveniently located in each hall.

Dyer Hall

Dyer Hall is one of our male residence halls and is home to approximately 90 Golden Norseman Football residents. With three floors, the first floor has a pool table, television and seating area where the students can get together and watch their favorite television show. Vending machines, microwaves and laundry facilities are also provided within the dorm.

Dobson Hall / Harrill Hall

Dobson and Harrill Residence Halls house approximately 342 female residents. Dobson and Harrill Halls are connected by a large lobby that features a big screen television and comfortable seating areas where students can gather together or visit with guests.

Each hall has three floors, all of which feature community rooms with 27” televisions, microwaves and comfortable seating where students can study, have a snack or entertain friends. The first floor in Dobson Hall is a 24-hour quiet-intensive study floor.

Each room in Dobson and Harrill are equipped with free local telephone service, free basic cable, heat and air control and DSL service for quick access to the internet. The first floor in each hall features vending machines and change machines for student use.

Harrill Hall is also the location of NEO Student Health Services, which is open Monday through Friday 8:00 am until noon. Laundry facilities are located in the basement where students can study while doing their laundry.

Vann Hall

A men’s resident hall that houses approximately 178 residents. With three floors, it has three separate lobby areas where residents can gather to watch television, have a snack, or entertain guests. Vending machines and laundry facilities are also provided within this facility. Vann Hall is equipped with handicapped facilities.

Russell Hall

Russell Hall, houses approximately 178 male students. With three floors, it has three separate lobby areas where residents can watch television, have snacks or entertain guests. Vending machines, microwaves and laundry facilities are conveniently located within the building. The students love the unique programs within Russell Hall such as, Super Bowl parties, domino tournaments and movie nights.
