Academic Advising services are provided through the Success Center and/or your faculty advisor. The Success Center can assist with building schedules, enrollment, and degree plans. They are located on the first floor of the Library Administration Building. Advisors are available 8 am – 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday.
You should be assigned a faculty advisor for your major. You can access your advisor information through the student portal at my.neo.edu. Log in, choose self-service, the student tab, then student profile to see your information.
If you have not been assigned a faculty academic advisor, please contact the admissions office in the Library Administration Building to receive your assignment.
