The Associate in Applied Science degree program at NEO is designed to prepare graduates for licensure as a registered nurse and entry into nursing practice.

The ADN program extends over four academic semesters. The total curriculum includes courses in general education as well as specific courses in biological sciences, physical sciences, behavioral sciences, and nursing science. Students typically complete the entire program in three years.

Additional time may be required for students who need to complete remedial courses. The general education courses and science courses are offered in the fall, spring and summer semesters. The nursing courses are offered only during the regular academic semesters starting with the fall semester.
