Program Requirements
- FYE 1011: Freshman Year Experience
- Enroll Students in FYE 1011 in the first semester
- Students with 2+ deficiencies need to also take CLS 1021
- CRJU1113: Introduction to Criminal Justice
- Preferably enroll students in CRJU1113 in first or second semester
- CRJU2233: Elementary Criminal Law
- Do not enroll students in CRJU2233 if they have a Reading or English Deficiency
- Preferably enroll CRIMINAL JUSTICE MAJORS in CRJU2233 after completion of CRJU1113
DO NOT ENROLL STUDENT IN CRJU2233 IF THEY HAVE A DEFICIANCY IN READING OR ENGLISH
Criminal Justice Program Electives
- CRJU2223: Criminal Legal Procedure
- Do not enroll students in CRJU2223 if they have a reading or English deficiency
- CRJU2253: Juvenile Delinquency
- CRJU2253 is currently an on-line course
- CRJU2123: Police Management
- CRJU is intended for those interested in being a law enforcement officer
- CRJU2113: Report Writing
- CRJU2113 focuses on writing police reports
- If possible, those enrolled in CRJU2113 should also enroll in CRJU2133 IN THE SAME SEMESTER
- CRJU2273: Law Enforcement Internship
- Have student see advisor before enrollment in CRJU2273
- CRJU1153: Introduction to Corrections
- CRJU1153 is currently an online course
Note: Criminal Law can be put off until the last spring semester before graduation, it does not have to be the second semester.
