Tutoring

The NEO Tutoring Center provides live, real-time tutoring for all students, whether you are an online or on-campus student. There is no need to struggle – help is available. There is no charge or qualification for tutoring service. We provide tutoring in English composition, all algebra classes, trigonometry, basic sciences and history, social sciences, speech and humanities. Student tutors, who have proven themselves proficient in their subjects, are employed in the Tutoring Center.


Tutoring options

Tutor.com – an online service

NEO provides you with up to 10 hours of FREE access per semester to Tutor.com, an on-demand online tutoring service. Tutor.com is available up to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with assistance available in a variety of subjects. With Tutor.com you receive one-on-one access to expert tutors. Use the whiteboard to interact with tutors for immediate help, schedule a future session at a time that works for you, or submit your writing and receive feedback within 24 hours. Make this academic year a success by using Tutor.com whenever and wherever you need it most.

Student Support Services

Students in the Student Support Services (TRIO) program are eligible for one-on-one tutoring in math, science, composition and other general education courses. This grant funded program provides a variety of services to eligible students.
